1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least the legal age required to use online services in your region.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You agree to comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws.

2. Access and Account Authorization

2.1 HWID Verification

Your access may require a Hardware ID (HWID) to verify your executor. Your HWID may be reset once per day.

2.2 License Keys

You must use a valid Jail Farm license key to access certain features or services. Keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

2.3 Discord ID Authorization

Your authorized Discord ID is used to authenticate your account and manage permissions. Any attempt to impersonate another user or falsify an ID is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Executor Name

The executor name you provide must represent your own executor instance. Misrepresentation is not allowed.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

3.1 Encrypted IP Address

We store a SHA-256 encrypted version of your IP address for security and fraud prevention. Your actual IP address is not visible to developers.

3.2 Data Rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your stored data at any time through our official support channels.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, permitted purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security, authentication, or licensing systems
• Not share or distribute unauthorized or modified executors, tools, or keys
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Immediately report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity

Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized distribution or resale of Jail Farm keys
• Attempting to spoof, modify, or bypass HWID checks
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the platform
• Using the platform for malware, exploits, or illegal purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, limits, or restrictions

We reserve the right to take appropriate action—including access termination—if any prohibited activities are detected.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain stable and reliable service, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
• Planned or unplanned outages may occur

We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or interruptions caused by third parties, system failures, or external factors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine that:

• You violated these Terms
• You engaged in abusive or harmful behavior
• You attempted to circumvent licensing or security
• Your account poses a security risk to us or other users

You may also request voluntary account termination at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Damages resulting from your misuse of the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or access
• Third-party actions or failures
• Actions taken in response to violations of these Terms

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
